A New Chapter for Faces of Our World
As the school year comes to a close and I prepare to begin university in the United States, our team has been reflecting on the next phase of Faces of Our World.
I am very pleased to share that Athina Mira will be taking on the role of President, with Angeliki Katsanis serving as Vice President. Both have been deeply involved in the initiative and bring thoughtfulness, creativity, and strong leadership to its continued growth.
I will remain involved as a member of the Youth Advisory Board and look forward to supporting the organisation from the United States, including exploring opportunities to bring Faces of Our World to college campuses.
As we look ahead, we hope to continue expanding our work to additional schools, communities, and countries. We are always interested in connecting with students who would like to take on a more active role in their local area.
If you are interested in becoming a State or Country Ambassador, please contact us at info@facesofourworld.org. We will provide guidance on how to lead Faces of Our World workshops in your school or community.
We are also looking to expand our team with students interested in contributing to the development of new classroom materials and activities.
